Learned counsel for the respondents apprised the Court on the strength of office order 11.06.2026 that now the services of the petitioner stands regularised from the due date and the order will be issued with respect to all consequential benefits w.e.f. 30.12.2023. On the strength of office order, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the judgment in issue stands complied with in letter and spirit. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents be directed to make good all consequential benefits within some reasonable time. 4.
