1. By way of this revision petition, the petitioner assails an order dated 21.12.2023, passed by the Family Court, whereby the daughter of the respondents [the deceased decree-holders] was allowed to be substituted as their legal representative, in their place, in an execution petition filed against the petitioner.
2. After some arguments, Mr. Kartik Khanna, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner before the learned Executing Court. Mr. Khanna states that he will request the learned Executing Court to consider his objection to execution.
3. The petition, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn, in view of the above. This is a digitally signed order.
