The petitioner is an accused in connection with Barsole P.S. Case No. 02 of 2026. The petitioner is alleged to have made forcible physical relationship with the informant and she was also extended threats. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the relationship between the petitioner and the informant had continued for three years. It has been submitted that the informant is a major lady aged about 34 years. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 13.01.2026. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the longstanding relationship existing between the petitioner and the informant, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ghatshila, in connection with Barsole P.S.
