The petitioner is an accused in connection with Giridih(Cyber) P.S. Case No. 19/2025. It has been alleged that the informant was duped by the accused persons in share trading of Rs. 98,87,000/-. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no money trail connecting the petitioner with the cybercrime and the petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
