Kalita, learned counsel for the accused and Mr. P. Barthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondents. 2. This application, under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, is preferred by the accused, namely, Sri Jagadish Prasad, who has been languishing in jail hajot Page No.# 2/2 since 29.07.2026, in connection with Barpeta Road P.S. Case No. 89/2026, under Sections 3, 4, 5 & 7 of the Immoral Traffic Prevention Act, 1956; for grant of bail. 3. Mr. Barthakur, learned APP submits that the I.O. has already completed investigation and submitted charge-sheet, vide Charge-Sheet No. 91/2026, dated 31.08.2026. 4. At this stage, Mr. Kalita, learned counsel for the accused submits that this application may be disposed of by directing the accused to apply for regular bail before the learned Trial Court. 5. Accordingly, taking note of the submission of the learned counsel for both the parties, this bail application stands disposed of, by directing the accused to apply for regular bail before the learned Trial Court. And in the event of filing such an application, the learned Trial Court shall consider the same in accordance with law. 6. In terms of the above, this bail application stands disposed of.
