Notice to the other respondents is not necessary for the following reasons: Learned High Court Government Pleader raises a preliminary objection that the Deputy Commissioner has rightly issued the impugned endorsement at Annexure-A dated 09.01.2026 stating that the order that was impugned before the Deputy Commissioner is passed by the Assistant Commissioner, Hunsur Sub-Division, in proceedings bearing Nos.KLA.255-299/1999-2000 and 282A/1999-2000 under the provisions of the Karnataka Land Reforms Act, 1961, and therefore, an order passed by the Assistant Commissioner under the said provisions cannot be questioned by filing a Revision Petition under Section 136(3) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964. 2. 2.
