1. This Bail Application under Section 483 and 484 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 has been filed to release the petitioner on regular bail in connection with Dassam Fall P.S. Case No. 25 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 722 of 2024, S.T. Case No. 303 of 2024, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner - XVII, Ranchi.
2. Earlier the case of the petitioner was twice rejected and the trial is in progress. As per the report dated 11.12.2025 of the trial court, five witnesses remained to be examined in this case and as per him, the expected time to conclude the trial, is six months. So as per the Trial Court, the trial can be concluded by June, 2026. Thus, considering the fact that earlier the bail applications of the petitioner were rejected twice and the trial can be concluded by June, 2026, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
3. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
4. The Trial Court is directed to take all necessary steps to ensure the conclusion of the trial by that time frame.
