GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- 3 Dr.YLR, J W.P.No.12553 of 2026 Dated 30.04.2026 “…to issue a Writ, order or direction, especially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the actions of the Respondents especially the respondents no. 4 and 5 in interfering at the behest of respondents No.6 to 14 without any manner of right and threatening him to settle the civil disputes and the same is sub judice before the Honble Court of II Additional Civil Judge ( Senior Division), Nandyal, vide I.P No. 13 of 2026 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents no. 4 and 5 not to interfere with in the civil disputes and not to call the petitioner to the police station and pass such order(s).” 2. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. M/s. Ayesha Azma, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, submits that the Petitioner has filed a petition in I.P. No. 13 of 2026 seeking to be declared as an insolvent. She further submits that the police, at the behest of the unofficial Respondents, have been calling the Petitioner to the police station and subjecting him to coercive measures. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, submits that Respondent No. 12 has submitted a PGRS complaint, based on which the police conducted a preliminary inquiry, and in that connection, the Petitioner was called to the police station. He further submits that, apart from this, the allegations made by the Petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition are false. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing henceforth the Respondent police not to interfere, in the 4 Dr.YLR, J W.P.No.12553 of 2026 Dated 30.04.2026 civil dispute pending between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondents, without following due process of law. 6.
