The grievance of the petitioners is that respondent No.2 - Deputy Commissioner, Tumkur District has failed to consider the grievance of the petitioners in the Committee constituted for building up missing records, despite the fact that the Deputy Director of Land Records, in his communication dated 16.01.2019 as found at Annexure-J, opined that the matter should be placed before the Committee to consider building up missing records in the case of the petitioners. 3. Consequently, writ petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to respondent No.2 - Deputy Commissioner, Tumkur District to proceed to consider the grievance of the petitioners for building up missing records in terms of the recommendation made by the Deputy Director of Land Records and the Tahsildar and conclude the proceedings as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order.
