In pursuance of the earlier order dated 23.09.2026 passed by this Court, Shri Prabhuti Kant Tripathi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, appearing on behalf opposite party, has filed an affidavit of compliance, which is taken on record. Placing reliance upon the aforesaid affidavit, Shri Prabhuti Kant Tripathi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, submits that the order passed by the writ Court has been duly complied with in its letter and spirit. Learned counsel for the applicant(s) does not dispute the aforesaid position and submits that he has no grievance with regard to compliance of the order. In view of the aforesaid admitted position, nothing further survives for consideration in the present contempt proceedings. Consequently, no cause of action survives.
