The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records from the respndents. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the order dated 10.03.2026 (Annexure P/1). 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may issue a suitable writ directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to resume his duties. 10.4 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct that the total amount of Rs. 1,38,734/- (Rupees One Lakh Thirty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Four) deposited by the petitioner into the account of Sagar Mahila Sankul Sangathan, Bhardkala on 17.03.2026, be refunded. 10.5 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief or pass such other and further orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case in the interest of justice.” 2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty to avail the remedy of appeal under the law. 3.
