Petitioner has filed this contempt petition alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 02.05.2024 whereby, the direction issued to the respondents to grant the petitioner pay scale of Rs. 8000-13500 (as per 5th pay recommendation) and Rs.15600-39100+5400 (as per 6th pay recommendation) along with all other consequential benefits. 2 / 2 2. Counsel for the respondent submits that in compliance of the direction issued by this Court, the respondent Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education, Raipur has ordered and sanctiouned the 5th and 6th Pay scale of Rs. 8000-13500 and Rs.15600-39100+5400 vide order dated 27.03.2026. 3. In the aforementioned facts of the case, when the direction issued by the Court has been complied with by passing an order on 27.03.2026, in the opinion of this Court, the order has been complied with. Accordingly, the contempt proceedings initiated against the respondent is dropped, the notice is discharged, and the contempt petition is closed.
