1. On objection being raised by learned counsel for State, that an alternate remedy is available to petitioner to file representation/appeal before the State Level Committee headed by Director Public Instructions, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail other alternate remedy of filing an appeal/representation before the State Level Committee.
2. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty with petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before State Level Committee and if such appeal/representation is submitted by petitioner, concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of representation/appeal.
