We are informed by Mr. Amrish Sahai, learned counsel for respondent no. 6 that the order dated 18.09.2026 has not been complied with at all. On 18.09.2026, the following order was passed:- "1. Sri Amrish Sahai, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.6-Indian Bank submits that as on date, Rs. 61,00,000/- (Sixty One Lac) are due upon the petitioners. 2. As prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioners, one week time is granted to deposit 25% of total outstanding amount in order to show his bonafide that entire amount will pay in easy installments. 3. Put up this case on 06.10.2026, as fresh. 4. It is made clear that no interim protection has been granted by this Court in favour of the petitioners." 3. In the absence of the petitioners' counsel and the reported non compliance, we dismiss this petition for non prosecution. 4.
