No.2/2018 on the file of I Additional Civil Judge, Tumakuru. 2. In terms of the said order passed under Section 27(1) (a) & (r) of the Karnataka Rent Act, 1999, the petitioner's prayer for recovery of possession is allowed. The prayer for recovery of arrears of rent of Rs.7200/- is rejected. 3. Aggrieved by the said order, the respondent in the said petition is before this Court. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the Execution Petition No.45/2023 on the file of I Additional Civil Judge, Tumakuru is closed pursuant to a memo filed by the decree holder. It is revealed from the official website that the case is settled in Lok Adalat on 30.12.2025. 5.
