Learned counsel for the respective parties are in agreement that the controversy involved herein is squarely covered by, and can be adjudicated in light of, the judgment dated 17.08.2026 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 15243/2026 titled Ajay Sharma v. State of Rajasthan and Ors.
[2026:RJ-JP:33149] (2 of 2) [CW-15984/2026] In view of the consensus arrived at between the learned counsel for the parties, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present petition in light of the aforesaid judgment. It is made clear that the directions passed by this Court in the case of Ajay Sharma (supra) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the present petitioner as well. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
