Instant application has been filed with the prayer that details of CWPOA No.6204 of 2020 have been erroneously recorded as CWP No.6204 of 2020 in paragraphs 10 and 16 (iv) of the judgment dated 23.12.2025. 2. Upon listing of this application, Learned Counsel(s) for the non-applicants/respondents do not oppose the application as the typographical error occurring in paragraphs 10 and 16 (iv) of the judgment dated 23.12.2025 is sought to be rectified. 3. In view of the averments made in the application and no objection by Learned Counsel(s) for non-applicants/respondents and to secure the ends of justice, the application is allowed and the details CWP No.6204 of 2020 mentioned in paragraph 10 [at Page 29] and paragraph 16 (iv) [at Page 37] of the judgment dated 23.12.2025, be read as CWPOA No.6204 of 2020 in the aforesaid judgment for all intents and purposes in respect of Deepak Kumar v. State of Himachal Pradesh & Another. 4. Learned Counsel for the applicant further points out that pursuant to the judgment dated 23.12.2025 passed by this Court in CWPOA No.2488 of 2019, titled Hitesh Kumar & Others v. State of Himachal Pradesh & Others, and connected petitioners, which includes the writ petition filed by the applicant-Deepak Kumar, namely CWPOA No.6204 of 2020, and the subsequent events the Respondent-Corporation has given appointment to applicant-Deepak Kumar also. 5. In aforesaid terms, the application stands disposed of accordingly. 6. Registry to carry out necessary correction in paragraphs 10 and 16 (iv) of the judgment dated 23.12.2025, in red ink.
