The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit has been pending before the trial Court for more than 15 years. Some of the defendants are senior citizens. The trial Court has not made substantial progress in the matter and has been granting repeated adjournments without restriction. Hence, he prayed for the speedy disposal of O.S.No.91 of 2010, which was filed in the year 2010. 3. Considering that the case has been pending since the year 2010, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the said suit within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
