Case No. 47 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 324(4), 109 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)a/27 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi, is pressed into motion. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that the matter relates to land dispute in which the alleged injury sustained by the informant party was simple in nature. It is said that this petitioner had fired from the pistol, but no one was injured from it and no empty cartridge was seized. It is also submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and co-accused has been granted bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Learned A.P.P. opposed the bail petition. Under the circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
