The present petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs :- "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent authorities (Respondent Nos. 2 and 3) not to harass the petitioners in connection with Complaint Case No. 928 of 2019 (under Section 138 N.I. Act) pending against Shailendra Kumar Singh. (b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus restraining the respondent police from attaching, sealing or interfering in any manner with the peaceful possession of the petitioners over the self- acquired property/house of petitioner No. 1 situated at Plot No. MI 79, Area 0.0220 Hectare, Sindhoriya Colony, Shivdaspur, P.S. Manduadih, Varanasi." For the grievance made in the petition, the petitioners have the remedy before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
