Case No. 84 of 2022(S) for the offence registered under Sections 307, 452, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lohardaga, is pressed into motion. Matter involves the named accused persons came to the place of occurrence and resorted to blank firing to terrorize the people. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that FIR is lodged against four named accused persons. He is not amongst them, and his name has come-up in the confessional statement of the co-accused. It is also submitted that he has no criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. opposed the bail petition, but has not disputed the factual assertions made by the petitioner. Under the circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
