Counsel for Respondent No.1/Union of India and Mr. Vaibhav Shukla, learned counsel for Respondents No.2 and 3. 2. The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking the following relief(s):- “1. This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the Respondents to revise the Auctioned ACQ and thus take consequential action to correct the FSA and Performance Security while holding and declaring that the respondents are contractually bound to revise the ACQ and FSA in term of the said agreement and thus directing the respondents to comply with the same; 2. This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ quashing and setting aside the termination of Fuel Supply Agreement letters dated 28.11.2025 (ANNEXURE P/2), which have been issued without consideration of the relevant facts and without providing any opportunity of personal hearing to the Petitioner to tender his explanation. 3. This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the Respondents to give an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner and consider his case for short lifting of coal 3 during the ensuing period, since the same was for a valid reason to avoid any illegality or allegations thereof 4.
