It is contended on behalf of petitioner that respondent no. 3 is a history sheeter of the area and has been threatening the petitioner, so the petitioner lodged complaint but the respondent no. 2 employed as Sub- Inspector in Delhi Police has been threatening the petitioner to withdraw that complaint. 3. Learned ASC assisted by Inspector Manoj Kumar of PS New Usmanpur accepts notice and submits that not only FIR has been registered on the complaint of the petitioner against respondent no. 3, but even chargesheet has been filed.
