Since the connected appeal has been admitted for hearing, the judgment and award dated 16.02.2026 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal No.1, Kamrup (M), Guwahati in MAC Case No. 360/2017 shall remain stayed subject to deposit of 50% of the total amount of Rs.15,63,233/- before the Registry of this Court within next four weeks. After such deposit, the claimant Nos. 1(a), 1(b) and 1(c) shall be the liberty to withdraw the said amount on furnishing an indemnity bond of like amount.
