It has been submitted by the State that the pension of the petitioner has been fixed and sent to the Accountant General for approval. So far as the leave encashment is concerned, leave encashment for 193 days have been sanctioned and an amount of Rs. 1,67,415/- has been transferred to the bank account of this petitioner. The group insurance amount has also been transferred and the general provident fund amounting to Rs. 93,068/- has also been transferred to the petitioner. 2026:JHHC:2096 2 3. The gratuity amount has yet to be disbursed to the petitioner. It has been submitted by the State that within four weeks gratuity amount will also be disbursed to the petitioner along with the pension and arrears. 4. Considering the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure that the balance amount is paid to the petitioner within four weeks. 5. I.A.
