The petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 31 of 2026 arising out of Nawadih P.S. Case No. 57 of 2025. A dacoity was committed in the house of the informant and several valuables were looted. The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confession of co- accused Vikram Kumar. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has not been identified in the Test Identification Parade and no recovery of looted articles has also been effected from his conscious possession. Learned counsel submits that some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail in BA No. 10917 of 2025 and B.A. No. 11351 of 2025. He adds that the petitioner is in custody since 04.11.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the dearth of evidence so far as the petitioner is concerned and the fact that some of co-accused persons have been granted bail, as noted above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Bermo at Tenughat in connection with S.T.
