Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral). Notice. Mr. Vinod Gupta, learned counsel appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “(i). Arrears of pay w.e.f. 01.01.2016 to 01.02.2020 with 9% interest p.a. from due date till actual payment. The calcuation of D.A. May kindly be ordered to be made as per Govt. of H.P. orders from time to time. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 (ii) Arrears of revised pension due w.;e.f. 01.02.2020 with 9% interest per annum from due date till actual payment taking D.A. as 20% as on 01.01.2020 and further increase from 01.07.2020, 01.01.2021, 01.07.2021, 01.01.2022, 01.07.2022 and 01.01.2023 as per Govt. of H.P. orders in this respect applicable in H.R.T.C. (iii) Arrears of revised leave encashment with 9% interest p.a. from due date till actual payment, taking D.A. as 20% as per Govt. Orders w.e.f. 01.01.2020. (iv) Arrears of revised Gratuity with 9% interest p.a. from due date till actual payment, by taking D.A. 20% of basic pay as per Govt. order (Annexure P-5), Annexure P-4, may kindly be ordered to be revised. (v) The respondents may be direct5ed to release the monthly pension of the petitioner on the fir day of the following month regularly.” 3. Learned Counsel for the parties inform the Court that similar matters are pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Division Bench by way of CWP No. 8504 of 2025, titled as Madhu Deshta and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others and connected matters. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the adjudication by Hon’ble Division Bench in above matter shall be binding upon the parties herein and the parties 3 shall abide by the final outcome thereof.
