No. 155 of 2024, which has been dismissed for non- prosecution, vide order dated 10.11.2025, may be restored to its original file otherwise the petitioners/appellants may suffer irreparable loss and injury. 4. Learned counsel for the Opp. Party has raised objection in restoring the L.P.A. No.155 of 2024 to its original file. 5. This Court, after having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and considering the submission advanced on his behalf as also the 2026:JHHC:5219-DB 2 reason assigned in the instant civil misc. petition, deems it fit and proper to restore L.P.A. No. 155 of 2024, which has been dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 10.11.2025, to its original file. 6. In view thereof, L.P.A. No. 155 of 2024, is restored to its original file. 7.
