The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the 2 following prayer: “10.1. Issue appropriate writ/direction to set aside the impugned orders AnnexureP-2 & P-11 filed alongwith the petition, in the interest of justice. 10.2 Pas any other order/direction which this Hon’ble Cou7rt may deem proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that challenge in this writ petition is to the order dated 14.03.2022 (Annexure P/2) by which, it has been ordered that the additional charge of Chief Medical Health Officer, Bemetara which was earlier held by the petitioner shall be handed over to Dr. Khemraj Sonwani. The further challenge is to the order dated 14.03.2022 (Annnexure P/11) by which the said charge was handed over to Dr. Khemraj Sonwani and the petitioner herein was directed to be attached with the Maternity and Child Hospital, District Bemetara on temporary basis, till further orders. He submits that though this Court has passed an interim order staying the effect and operation of the orders Annexure P/2 & P/11, however, during pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner has been transferred from Bemetara to Community Health Centre, Kasdol, District- Baloda Bazapara, Bhatapara vide order dated 08.12.2023. and as such, the instant writ petition has become infructuous. 3. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
