The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned order dated 11.11.2022 passed by respondent no. 1 and orders dated 03.09.2026 and 25.09.2026 passed by respondent no. 4, District Inspector of Schools, Etawah, insofar as it relates to selection on the post of Principal, Chaudhary Jawahar Singh Inter College, Sutiyani, Etawah, as well as further prayer to direct respondent no. 4 not to interfere in the functioning of the petitioner on the post of Principal of Chaudhary Jawahar Singh Inter College, Sutiyani, Etawah, in view of the impugned order. The controversy in question has already been decided by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Writ-A No. 19537 of 2022, (Dr. Sanjay Kumar Mishra vs. State of U.P. and 6 others ), decided on 05.10.2026. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed in terms of the aforesaid judgment in Dr. Sanjay Kumar Mishra (supra).
