PP …...... 03 /12.03.2026: This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 111(2)(b), 111(3), 111(4), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 66B, 66C, 66D and 84(C) of the IT Act. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail. 4. Since the mobile phone recovered from the possession of this petitioner was used for committing cyber-crime which is apparent from the impugned order as links of the mobile number were found in the Pratibimb App with acknowledgement number against the mobile number of mobile phones recovered from the petitioner showing online financial fraud, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. 2026:JHHC:6802 2 5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Cyber Crime Case No. 133 of 2025 corresponding to Deoghar Cyber PS Case No. 108 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II cum Cyber Crime, Special Court, Deoghar stands rejected. 6.
