The instant application has been filed for impleadment of Shri Abhijit Page No.# 3/3 Sinha, IAS, Principal Secretary, P&AR, Government of Nagaland, as Respondent No. 4 in the connected COP(C)/5/2026. 3. It is submitted that during the pendency of COP(C)/5/2026, the Respondent No. 1 has been transferred out and replaced by Shri Abhijit Sinha, IAS. Hence, this Court by order dated 31.08.2026 had allowed the Applicant to file an application for impleadment of the new incumbent as Respondent No. 4. It is submitted that for proper adjudication of COP(C)/5/2026 the impleadment of the new incumbent has become necessary. 4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the instant application is allowed. The applicant shall file an amended Cause title with the name of Shri Abhijit Sinha, IAS, Principal Secretary, P&AR, Government of Nagaland as Respondent No. 4 in COP(C)/5/2026 within 1 (one) week from today. Thereafter, the applicant shall take steps for service on the newly impleaded Respondent No. 4 by Speed Post as well as usual process within 3 (three) working days. 5. Application is disposed of.
