Mr. Hamidur Rahaman ….for the petitioners Mr. Chandi Charan De, AGP Ms. Reshma Chakraborty ….for the State Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record. The immediate grievance of the petitioners is that the report of the demarcation and the sketch map has not been supplied to the petitioners till date. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that pursuant to an order dated September 19, 2025 passed by a co-ordinate Bench in WPA 16904 of 2025, the work of demarcation of the PWD land has been carried out by the concerned Block Land & Land Reforms Officer, but till date the copy of the report and the sketch map has not been supplied to the petitioners. The learned advocate for the petitioners further submits that a representation dated February 22, 2026 has been submitted by the petitioners before the concerned authorities praying for supply of the demarcation report and the sketch pay pertaining to Plot Not.308 and 309 within Mouza-Jhaberiya. 2 Mr. De, learned Additional Government Pleader, submits that the demarcation report and the sketch pay shall be supplied to the petitioners by the Block Land & Land Reforms Officer, Raninagar-II Block, Raninagar, Murshidabad within a period of 3 weeks. Such submission of Mr. De, is placed on record. In the light of the submissions made by Mr. De, learned Additional Government Pleader, WPA 5875 of 2026 stands disposed of by directing the respondent No.5 to supply the demarcation report and the sketch map to the petitioners within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of a server copy of this order.
