The grievance of the petitioner is that he was not being supplied the certified copy of the order dated 10.06.2023 passed in Misc. (Appeal) Case No. 04/2018-19 by the Revenue Authority which the petitioner has applied. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that today he has received instruction from the Circle Officer that the Circle Officer 2026:JHHC:8488 2 has received the application but after receipt of the proper stamps the certified copy will be handed over to the petitioner. 4. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer within two weeks from today. He will furnish the stamps which is necessary for furnishing the certified copy within a week. On receipt of the same, the respondents will hand over the certified copy to the petitioner within one month from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 5.
