Learned counsel for respondent would submit that pursuant to the
order passed in writ petition, now the decision has been taken by respondent, after granting opportunity of hearing to petitioner. 2 and has submitted written reply/objections and has also made oral submission.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of the document handed over today and the proceedings, which has been stated to have taken place, he may be granted liberty to take recourse of law against the decision communicated to petitioner dated 06.03.2026.
3. In the aforementioned facts of the case and submission of learned counsel for respective parties, the contempt proceeding initiated against respondents is dropped.
