This is M.C.C. application has been filed for extension of time to decide the representation filed by the non-applicant (herein), in pursuance to the order dated 19.09.2024 (Annexure-A/1) passed by this Court in Writ Petition (C) No.974/2013. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, vide order dated 17.09.2024 (Annexure-A/1) passed by this Court in Writ Petition (C) No.974/2013, it has DEEPTI JHA Digitally signed by DEEPTI JHA 2 been directed to the applicants (herein) to consider and decide the representation filed by the non-applicants (herein) in accordance with law and rules, within an outer limit of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of the aforesaid order (Annexure-A/1). He further submitted to comply with the order dated 17.09.2024 (Annexure-A/1), the concerned authorities were directed to make available all the records pertaining to the case, so that a fresh decision could be taken, but the time lapsed. It is further submitted that earlier also present applicants moved an application for extension of time before this Court, bearing MCC No.548/2025, wherein four months’ time was again granted to the applicants (herein) to comply with the order dated 17.09.2024 (Annexure-A/1) passed in WP(C) No.974/2013, but the same could not be complied with as the records are to be summoned from the State of Madhya Pradesh, which could not be requisitioned yet. Therefore, he seeks extension of three months’ time from today to decide the representation of non-applicant and comply with the order dated 17.09.2024 (Annexure-A/1). 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of non-applicant No.1 opposes the prayer advanced by the State. 5. Considering the submission made on behalf of the State and after perusal of the application for extension of time and the order dated 17.09.2024 passed in WP(C) No.974/2013, it will be appropriate to grant three months’ time, as a last indulgence from today.
