The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307, 504, 506 of the IPC. 3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is languishing in jail since 28.02.2024. He further submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. He lastly submits that the delay in lodging F.I.R. has not been explained. 4. Per Contra, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail. 5. Considering the period of custody, as the accused has been in custody for nearly two years, the Petitioner is enlarged on bail by furnishing bail bound of ₹ 20,000/- (INR Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Godda, in connection with Sundar Pahadi P.S. Case No.10/24, corresponding to S.T. No.182/24 6. It is made clear that during trial the petitioner shall co-operate in trial and he shall not threaten any witnesses. Further the petitioner will submit photocopy of his Aadhaar Card and mobile number before the court below which he will always keep active and will not change and if any adverse report will come against this petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to take appropriate action.
