JUSTICE M.I.ARUN ORAL ORDER 1. The case of the petitioner is that there is a cart road running in Sy. Nos.1, 5 and 91 of Pattandur Village, K R Puram Hobli, Bengaluru East Taluk, Bengaluru. However, the same has been illegally encroached upon by the third parties. The petitioner used the said cart road to access to her property. Hence, she has made a representation to the respondent to remove the encroachment and as no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "[a] Issue a writ of mandamus by directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 19.06.2025 and conduct an enquiry proceeding relating to the blocking of the cart road running in Survey Number 01, Survey Number 05 and Survey Number 91 of Pattandur Village, K R Puram Hobli, Bengaluru East Taluk, Bengaluru leading to the gramatana sites, vide Annexure-H." - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:17967 WP No. 8578 of 2026 2.
