The petitioners are the accused in connection with Giridih (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 46 of 2026. The niece of the informant had died in natural circumstances in her matrimonial house and the cause of death as per the postmortem report was opined to be asphyxia due to hanging. It appears that the petitioners are the parents-in-law of the deceased and the allegations are general and omnibus in nature against the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 31.03.2026. Regard being had to the above, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Giridih, in connection with Giridih (Muffasil) P.S.
