1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to seal and demolish the unauthorized construction carried out by respondent no.4 in property measuring 120 sq. yards bearing no. 2190-C, Village-Khampur, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi-110008 comprising out of Khasra No.806/376 of Village-Khampur Raya, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi-110008 in the revenue estate of Village Khampur, New Delhi-110008 (‘subject property’). A further direction is sought to respondent no.3/SHO, P.S. Ranjit Nagar to stop construction in the subject property. This is a digitally signed order. 2. Attention of the Court has been drawn to communications sent by MCD to the SHO on 20th May, 2026 and 16th June, 2026 to ensure that construction is stopped and the construction material lying in the premises be removed. 3. The present writ petition is disposed of while directing the respondent no.3/SHO to ensure that no construction shall be permitted to be carried out in the subject property, in strict compliance with the aforesaid communication issued by MCD to the SHO. 4. MCD shall take appropriate action in accordance with law in respect of the unauthorized construction in the subject property. 5. In the event the petitioner has any further grievance with regard to unauthorised construction, he is at liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law. 6.
