HON'BLE DIVESH CHANDRA SAMANT, J. After some arguments, Shri Santosh Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not wish to press the relief for quashing of the F.I.R. in the writ petition. The relief sought for quashing of the F.I.R. is accordingly declined. Shri Santosh Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner recasts his relief and prays that the petitioner may be granted leave to approach the competent court for anticipatory bail and for seeking other available legal remedies with him under the law. Learned AGA does not have any objection to the aforesaid prayer. The writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to avail other legal remedies available with him under the law.
