The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Balumath P.S. Case No.08 of 2024. 3. It has been alleged that a mob had brutally assaulted one Rajesh Yadav, and when the Police party tried to intervene, they were also subjected to assault. 4. Submission has been advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the First Information Report and subsequently in course of investigation, his name has transpired. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts; I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7. Accordingly, the petitioner above named, is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks and pray for bail, 2026:JHHC:15402 2 and in that event, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Latehar, in connection with Balumath P.S.
