Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy involved herein is no more res integra and the same is covered by the order dated 13.08.2026 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 15321/2026 titled Deepak Kumar Verma v. State of Rajasthan & Ors., as well as upon the judgment dated 04.08.2021 passed in S.B. Civil [2026:RJ-JP:34432] (2 of 2) [CW-5552/2021] Writ Petition No. 6507/2017 titled Kindar v. State of Rajasthan & Ors. 2. In light of the relied upon ratios, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to file a representation before the respondent-authorities with a direction that the same be considered and decided in accordance with law. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the aforesaid prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the consensus arrived at between the parties, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh and detailed representation before the competent authority of the respondents. 5. Upon filing of such representation, the competent authority of the respondents is directed to consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law, keeping in view the applicability of the ratio laid down by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Kindar (supra) to the facts and circumstances of the present case. 6. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of. 7. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of. (SAMEER JAIN),J JKP/22
