Case No.39 of 2024. 3. The daughter of the informant was alleged to have been murdered by unknown persons. 4. The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confession of a co-accused, as well as his self-confession. Some of the co-accused have been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. Nos.11829 of 2025 and 2708 of 2026, vide orders dated 26.02.2026 and 04.05.2026 respectively. Admittedly, there are no eye witnesses to the occurrence. The petitioner is in custody since 01.09.2025. 5. Regard being had to the above; the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum- 2026:JHHC:15474 2 Spl.
