Ms. P. Thapa, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 1 and Mr. R. Sanghi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 2 submit that they have got no objection to the application being allowed. The prayer of the applicant’s counsel is allowed. Accordingly, Mr. Jayant Narlikar is impleaded as respondent No. 6.
