Also heard on MCC filed for restoration of Transfer Petition (C) No.62/2025, which was dismissed for non-compliance of peremptory order dated 01.05.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant filed transfer petition being TPC No.62/2025 under Section 24 of the CPC, which was dismissed on 08.5.2025 in compliance of peremptory Order dated 01.05.2025. He further submits that inadvertently, the petitioner could not deposit cost of Rs.500/- in the account of High Court Legal Aid Committee, as directed by this Court, within specified period. He further submits that aforesaid mistake is bonafide, hence, it is prayed that present MCC may be allowed. 5. Having considered the submissions advanced and the reasons stated in the application, instant MCC is allowed, subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/- in the account of High Court Legal Aid Committee, within a week from today.
