The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; i. Issue A Writ Of Mandamus directing the respondents no.1 to 3 to demolish the illegal Construction put up in violation of Sanctioned Plan by the 4th respondent in site bearing No.2/15 (PID No.60-15-15), 2nd Cross, 8th Main, Ward No.182 (Old Ward No.169) Byrasandra Jayanagar 1st Block, Bengaluru within 4 weeks iii. To grant such other relief's as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, including award of the cost of these proceedings, in the interest of justice and equity. 2.
