Das, learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Also heard Mr. U. Sharma, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Secondary Education Department. The instant interlocutory application has been filed for extension of the interim order dated 05.08.2026 passed in the instant writ petition. Mr. S. K. Das, learned counsel appearing for the applicant, submits that interim order to the effect that status quo between the parties shall be maintained till the next date of listing was passed by this Court on 05.08.2026 and directed the matter to be listed again on 24.08.2026. He further submits that the matter was listed on 24.08.2026 before a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. But the co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed an order to place the matter before an appropriate Page No.# 4/4 bench. Therefore, the interim order could not be extended on 24.08.2026. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the applicant prays for extension of the interim order in the connected writ petition till the next date of listing. Mr. U. Sharma, learned Standing Counsel for the Secondary Education Department, does not have any objection to the aforesaid prayer. In view of the aforesaid, the instant interlocutory application stands disposed of with a direction that the interim order passed in WP(C) No. 4154/2026 on 05.08.2026 shall remain extended till the next date of listing, i.e., on 06.10.2026.
