Tukaram Kana Bhoir & Ors. ..Petitioners Versus Chourang Gajanan Patil & Ors. …Respondents Mr. Raju Suryawanshi, i/b Mr. Rakesh Sharad Patil, for Petitioners.
CORAM :
N. J. JAMADAR, J.
DATE :
29th SEPTEMBER 2026 P.C.:
1. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners.
2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the purported delay on the part of the learned Civil Judge, seized with Special Civil Suit No. 470/2019, in deciding an application for temporary injunction (Exh.5), though the arguments were heard by the learned Civil Judge in the month of 2025.
3. Mr. Suryawanshi, the learned Counsel for the petitioners, fairly submits that, though according to his instructions, the
arguments were heard, yet, the fact that the arguments on the application (Exh.5) were heard, has not been recorded in the roznama.
