Mr Sarma submits that the charge sheet in the instant case has been laid vide C.S. No. 44/2026, dated 13.08.2026. 3. As such, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be permitted to move an application before the concerned Court. 4. Prayer is allowed. 5. However, the petitioner was enlarged on interim pre-arrest bail vide order dated 27.07.2026, and as such, this Court deems it fit to extend the said interim pre-arrest order by another 15 (fifteen), so that the petitioner can avail his remedies before the concerned Court. 6.
